RESERVATION POLICY
Dress Code (from 17:00)
From 17:00 onwards, guests wearing ski clothing or ski boots will not be admitted.
We take pride in offering an elegant and historic atmosphere; therefore, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour is not accepted.
In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the restaurant and to charge the applicable no-show fee.
Arrival Time
If you are running late or need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as possible.
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time.
Reservations up to 15 people - Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Fees
Lunchtime Reservations: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged €25.00 per person.
Evening Reservations: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged €40.00 per person.
Cancellations and changes to your group size must be made online via our reservation system or submitted in writing by email at least 24 hours before your reservation. We reserve the right to apply the no-show fee for any reduction in the number of guests.
Reservations for 16 people or more - Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Fees
A deposit of €50 per adult and €25 per child (up to 15 years of age) is required.
For à la carte pre-orders, the deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours before your reservation.
For group menus, the deposit is fully refundable up to 10 days before your reservation.
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and received within the applicable timelines.
For reductions in guest count after the deadlines, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 per person.
Any fees incurred from payments made from outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the sender.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any intolerances, allergies, or special dietary needs — including vegetarian or vegan — at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can prepare accordingly.
Dogs
Dogs are only permitted in our restaurant with prior consent.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
The labelling of the 14 main allergens is carried out in accordance with the EU Food Information Regulation 1169/2011. Please be aware that additional substances may also trigger allergies or intolerances.
Despite careful preparation, dishes may contain traces of other ingredients used in our kitchen. Complete avoidance of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Please inform us of any allergies in advance. We will do our utmost to offer suitable options; however, absolute allergen-free conditions cannot be guaranteed.
